The challenge
Karo Healthcare entered the Spanish market in 2022 with a great Marketing strategy.
The company created a successful campaign with various discounts and product offers, and the brand ‘Remescar’ aired some of their advertisements on TV with great success.
The next goal for the brand was to make this material available to the Pharmacies and their end-customers. With the product presentations, the Sales team was able to present this content to the client with all the offers and close the deal.
The brand decided to make all these steps digital.
Through the integration of Salesforce with the help of Nuvolar, we have been able to improve and increase our Sales by giving our Sales people the tools they need to present our products and offers.

With this objective, the Karo Healthcare team proceeded to carry out the following tasks with the help of Nuvolar:
On the one hand, they proceed to align and update their internal process for the discounts and offers.
The second step was to digitalise their product presentations, their orders and discount calculation, as well as implementing the automatic calculation of incentives for each commercial and Sales representative.
The final step was to organize the day-to-day life of their Sales teams with Salesforce Maps.
Our solution
In mid-March, the Nuvolar team began the first discovery session. Understanding Karo Healthcare’s processes, struggles and ideas was very important in creating the solution.
After weeks of brainstorming, meetings, development and testing, the Nuvolar team created the first version of the solution for the client using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
The team created databases for various account types, adding visits and creating orders.
The most interesting part of the solution is a customized application that allows Karo Healthcare Sales reps to show their product presentations to Pharmacies, using a carousel, playing videos and explaining the existing offers and discounts, while also being able to create an order.
With this solution, Karo Healthcare is giving maximum value to its Marketing strategy every day.
